We hire students or professionals from the most prestigious universities in Latin American countries. We demand that this exclusive group of people have good qualifications, availability based on the requested work schedule, and fast and secure Internet connection. We also favor candidates with Internet and international experience.

Depending on the assignment and the clients infrastructure, we can use a telephone platform (VoIP or PBX) and/or implement any other state-of-the-art solutions. We are committed to providing the best technical solution taking into account the trade-off between costs and quality of service (QoS) levels.

We have a sound network and adequate systems for recruiting, hiring and paying the salaries of our Latin American professionals. This is one of our core competences.

Recruitment process:

We receive a detailed profile of our clients needs and  provide an all-in-one profitable and efficient service package.

  • The recruitment process we apply is centered on a profiling system. Our client provides us with their ideal target and LatinHire develops a custom based recruiting process.
  • LatinHire conducts strategically targeted searches through a strong network of contacts and key partnerships throughout Latin America.
  • Once applications are received, they are carefully scrutinized. Then we take a series of stringent academic and language tests to the selected individuals.
  • We only select applicants with college education and certified work experience in their area of expertise. Academic review tests are applied according to our clients needs and requirements.
  • Concerning technological aspects, Internet connection, software and peripherals requirements vary according to the type of service to be provided.
  • After academic, language and technical requirements have been met, all applicants must submit official background check documentation (criminal record) and provide at least two references with the respective contact information.
  • We provide a set of carefully selected candidates; however, the final decision is made by our client

Operations:

  • Our client provides the know-how needed to excel in the particular area each agent performs and supervises the quality of their work.
  • Our administrative team can take care of scheduling based on our clients requirements, ensuring each time slot is covered, adjusting our supply to our clients changing needs, and managing backups.
  • For each customer, we assign a key account manager who will implement, coordinate and keep daily operations on track, as well as manage a vast amount of commercial and operational issues.
  • LatinHire manages Latin American staff payroll and all human resources related issues.
  • In addition, LatinHire generates customized reports including all relevant information for each clients operation.
